- Loan terms vary by lender, state law, and your individual creditworthiness.
- We make no warranties that you will obtain financing or services.
5. No Financial, Investment, or Legal Advice

- Binding Arbitration (FAA): Any dispute shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
- Class Action Waiver: You waive the right to participate in class or representative actions.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing arbitration-optout@cmatcher.com.
